CG Made Easy’s homepage desktop management screen keeps you organized. Since everything within the system talks to each other, it’s very simple to see what tasks remain before being able to file your tax returns. That’s right. For safeguard, CG Made Easy requires all tasks be completed before enabling you to file your monthly tax return.
Our philosophy is that if you can’t immediately see how to do what you are trying to do using CG Made Easy, then we need improve the application. We are constantly investing in system improvements based on our customer's feedback.
Our dashboard contains an ongoing list of all pulltab, tipboard, sportsboards and paddle ticket games that are NOT yet ready to report on the tax return and must have some type of action taken or completed in order for the tax return to be produced. It also tracks all bingo and raffle sessions to ensure all deposits balance to the bank statement and all audit details balance to the expected results. Anything that doesn’t line up is presented on the Dashboard in order for it to be reviewed and corrected before the tax return can be successfully processed.
Before being able to complete the tax return, the system requires you to successfully reconcile 4 areas:
Bank Statement, Physical Inventory to Perpetual Inventory, Electronic Gaming Activity, and Merchandise. Reconciling each of these ensures that all data is correctly matching the game results and quickly identifies any possible discrepancies. CGME helps you accurately complete your month-end headache free.
